This is a special project that involved moving the existing house onto the front lawn then lifting and repositioning it to become the new upper level.  We also turned the house 90 degrees for better positioning on the site.

A gorgeous new home is the result of this extensive renovation of 434 m2 (including garage) and 30 m2 of outdoor covered areas.  The new ground floor is 281 m2 and the existing house, now the first floor, 153 m2.  

The classic theme was kept to maintain character and while the site posed many restrictions with its large protected trees, the end result was spectacular.
